Are you ready for barbecue season, Korean Style?

That's it, after a CA-TAS-TRO-PHIC May, the good weather is finally back, the temperature has jumped, terraces are basking in the sun, barbecues and planchas are sizzling... The grilling and outdoor lunch season is about to kick off!

But do you have everything you need to start your season?

To help you make your first grills effortlessly, here's a first simple recipe idea!

Express Bulgogi Beef Grills:

For 4 non-vegetarian adults:

- 4 slices of 150 grams of short ribs. This represents a slice about half a centimeter thick. With a good knife, your butcher will do it very well! This cut, less renowned for grilling than more noble parts like sirloin or ribeye, has several advantages: its tender and fatty meat which makes it very pleasant for grilling, and its affordable price!

- 100 grams of ready-to-use bulgogi marinade.

And that's it! We said simple!

Coat the meat in the marinade and refrigerate for at least an hour, ideally for 12 hours!

Heat your barbecue until you have nice embers (without flames) or set your plancha to medium heat.

Place your meat pieces on the grill or griddle and flip them after 3 minutes!

You can add some grilled vegetables, seasoned at the end of cooking with sesame oil or gochujang!

It's delicious!

See you soon!
