Have your favorite Korean products shipped to France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Austria.
These deliveries are carried out by our partners Colissimo, DPD, and GLS.
Our packages are prepared and sent no later than the day after the order. All our packages are prepared and delivered with the utmost care, but if you notice anything unusual or unexpected, please do not hesitate to contact us to give us your feedback.
Our pricing policy for deliveries is as follows:
For France:
- For any order with a value of 0 to 35 euros (incl. VAT): delivery is €8.90 (incl. VAT) to a Pick-Up point (DPD) and €10.50 (incl. VAT) for home delivery without signature.
- For any order with a value of 35 to 70 euros (incl. VAT): delivery is €6.50 (incl. VAT) to a Pick-Up point (DPD).
- For any order with a value of 35 to 75 euros (incl. VAT): home delivery without signature is €8.50 (incl. VAT).
- For any order with a value greater than 70 euros (incl. VAT): delivery to a Pick-Up point (DPD) is FREE.
- For any order with a value greater than 75 euros (incl. VAT): home delivery without signature is FREE.
For Belgium:
- For any order with a value of 0 to 80 euros (incl. VAT): delivery is at a flat rate of 9.50 euros (incl. VAT) for home delivery without signature.
- For any order with a value greater than 80 euros (incl. VAT): home delivery without signature is FREE.
For Luxembourg and the Netherlands:
- For any order with a value of 0 to 90 euros (incl. VAT): delivery is at a flat rate of 9.90 euros (incl. VAT) for home delivery without signature.
- For any order with a value greater than 90 euros (incl. VAT): home delivery without signature is FREE.
For Germany:
- For any order with a value of 0 to 80 euros (incl. VAT): delivery is at a flat rate of 9.50 euros (incl. VAT) for home delivery without signature.
- For any order with a value greater than 80 euros (incl. VAT): home delivery without signature is FREE.
For Spain, Portugal, and Italy:
- For any order with a value of 0 to 100 euros (incl. VAT): delivery is at a flat rate of 12.00 euros (incl. VAT) for home delivery without signature.
- For any order with a value greater than 100 euros (incl. VAT): home delivery without signature is FREE.
For Austria:
- For any order with a value of 0 to 120 euros (incl. VAT): delivery is at a flat rate of 14.90 euros (incl. VAT) for home delivery without signature.
- For any order with a value greater than 120 euros (incl. VAT): home delivery without signature is FREE.

When selecting delivery to a Pick-Up point (DPD) or Home delivery, please make sure to provide your first name, last name, email address, and mobile phone number. This information allows our partners to notify you of your delivery's progress. Without this data, we cannot guarantee shipping times.
