Order to Switzerland
Currently, we do not ship orders to Switzerland due to transportation issues.
However, many of our customers have their Korean grocery products shipped in 2 days to relay points in border towns.
The process is simple:
- Prepare your cart.
- When checking out and paying, select the "Pickup Point Delivery" option, then enter an address in France, in the town near where you wish to collect your order.
- Pay the amount of your order.
- Wait a few moments until the DPD interface offers you pickup points near the address you provided, and select your pickup point.
- Check your emails within two days of your order for shipping notifications.
- Collect your package from your pickup point within 5 days of its availability.
This way, you will benefit from French delivery rates, namely:
- Order from €0 to €35 incl. VAT: €7.50 incl. VAT at a Pick-Up relay (DPD)
- Order from €35 to €70 incl. VAT: €5.50 incl. VAT at a Pick-Up relay (DPD)
- Order over €70 incl. VAT: FREE delivery at a Pick-Up relay (DPD)
