Miyeok Seaweed Salad
This light and satisfying starter is perfect for a light dinner. Miyeok seaweed is deliciously tender and silky in the mouth, providing a real feeling of fullness despite its low calorie count.

Ingredients:
- 60 grams of dried Miyeok seaweed
- 1 teaspoon gochujang
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Preparation:
Soak the miyeok seaweed in a bowl of warm water for 10 minutes, then drain and rinse.
Place the seaweed in a bowl, and mix the rest of the ingredients in another bowl to make a small sauce.
Pour the sauce into the seaweed bowl and mix.
Add the sesame seeds before serving.
