Today, we're bringing you an excellent summer recipe: gochujang meatloaf!
This recipe comes from Da-Hae West's excellent book K Food.
This quick recipe is ideal for preparing in advance for an original dish to serve at your summer gatherings!

For a light lunch for 4 people.
Ingredients:
- 400 grams minced pork.
- 1 or 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- salt
- 3 tablespoons Jookjangyeon Gochujang
- pepper
- 1 slice of sandwich bread
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- A dash of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon liquid honey
Gochujang Meatloaf Recipe:
Preparing the filling and first baking:
In a bowl, mix the minced meat, chopped spring onions, 3 crushed and minced garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons gochujang, sandwich bread, and egg until the mixture is homogeneous.
Press the filling into a buttered mold and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
Preparing the glaze:
Prepare a glaze with the remaining ingredients: 1 tablespoon gochujang, soy sauce, 1 minced garlic clove, sesame oil, apple cider vinegar, and honey.
Glazing and final baking:
Glaze your meatloaf after it has been out of the oven for the first 40 minutes.
Return to the oven for 20 minutes, until the glaze begins to caramelize.
Serve immediately, hot or cold, with a green salad!
