Here's a perfect summer recipe to highlight our excellent toasted sesame oil: salmon tartare with mango and sesame oil.

15 minutes (+ 3 hours in advance to freeze the salmon)

Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 avocados
- 1 mango
- 1 shallot
- 1 lemon
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 packet of gim seaweed
- Salt
- Pepper

Cutting the ingredients:
Place your salmon fillets in the freezer for 3 hours. Sharpen a long-bladed knife perfectly, and slice the salmon fillets into small cubes about 1 cm.
Cut the mango into small 1 cm cubes as well.
Cut the avocado into small 1 cm cubes.
Dice the shallots as finely as possible.
Cut the Gim seaweed sheets into thin strips.
Assembly and seasoning:
Mix all ingredients. Season at the last moment with a pinch of salt, pepper, the juice of half a lemon, and sesame oil.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and gim seaweed strips at the last moment.
Serve immediately!
