Today, we're making kimchi pancakes, also known as Kimchi Jeon in Korea 🤩! This dish is perfect for lovers of Korean flavors and is very easy to prepare. Ingredients 📝

  • 70 g of rice flour
  • 250 g of kimchi, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
  • 120 ml of cold water
  • 1 spring onion, cut into small pieces
  • Vegetable oil for cooking

1. Prepare the batter 🥄

In a large bowl, mix the rice flour, kimchi cut into small pieces, sugar, cold water, and spring onion pieces. Stir well until you get a homogeneous batter.

2. Cook the pancake 🍳

Heat a frying pan over medium heat with a little vegetable oil. Pour the batter into the hot pan, spreading it evenly.

Cook for 6 to 7 minutes on each side, until each side is golden brown and crispy.
