In a large bowl, mix the rice flour, kimchi cut into small pieces, sugar, cold water, and spring onion pieces. Stir well until you get a homogeneous batter.

2. Cook the pancake 🍳
Heat a frying pan over medium heat with a little vegetable oil. Pour the batter into the hot pan, spreading it evenly.

Cook for 6 to 7 minutes on each side, until each side is golden brown and crispy.
