Rice and noodles

Rice ("bap" in Korean) and noodles of all kinds are an essential accompaniment to Korean cuisine. In this category, you will find most of the rice used in Korean cuisine (especially for bibimbap), as well as the most commonly used noodles for preparations such as Japchae (Dangmyeon), or noodles in hot or cold broth.
