How to use Naengmyeon noodles?
Prepare a fragrant beef broth with garlic and ginger, and let it cool, ideally with ice cubes.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and plunge the buckwheat noodles into it for 5 minutes, simmering gently. Monitor the cooking carefully. Drain and rinse thoroughly with cold water (ideally in a large basin of ice water).
Add the noodles to the iced broth and enjoy with shredded meat, sliced pear, and cucumber.
