Soba Noodles - Sempio - 1.3kg

Discover soba noodles, the famous buckwheat noodles.

These noodles are used in Korean cuisine and are generally called Maemilmyeon, or Memilmyeon depending on the transcriptions.

You can use them in many Korean recipes, hot or cold.

Simple soba noodle preparation:

These noodles are cooked in boiling water for about 6 minutes, then drained and rinsed with cold water.

Personally, I recommend seasoning them cold, with the following dressing:

• 1 teaspoon grated ginger
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice or rice vinegar
• 3 tablespoons perilla oil
• 1 teaspoon sugar.
• 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds.
