These dry noodles are specially designed to be eaten with Jjajang sauce, to make Jjajangmyeon.
These thin, flat noodles, very similar to classic Udon, will perfectly complement the sauce of the famous black bean paste noodle recipe, for a very successful result.
Directions for use:
Cook these noodles for about 6 minutes in boiling water (about 800 ml of water for 100g of dry noodles).
Drain and then rinse the noodles with cold water in a colander.
Mix the noodles with the cooked black bean paste and enjoy.
