This short-grain rice is ideal if you want to regularly cook Korean-style rice for the whole family.
This rice has good stickiness and is very simple to prepare.
Usage tips:
For one cup of rice (2 people), rinse once or twice with cold water.
Drain and place in a saucepan with 1.25 times its volume in water. Cover, heat, and once boiling, cook on medium heat for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and let rest, covered, for another 10 minutes.
This rice is ideal for making gimbap rice, sushi, or plain rice to eat with Korean or Chinese cuisine (for example, kimchi fried rice)
If you want to use it for fried rice, I recommend letting it cool before adding it to vegetables, meats, and condiments.
