Here is the instant version of the original Topokki directly from South Korea, or Tteokbokki. These small stick-shaped rice cakes (Tteok) are prepared in a sweet and spicy sauce to help you recreate this Korean street food must-have at home.
Preparation is very simple and will take you no more than 3 minutes to prepare these Tteokbokkis.
Directions for use:
Open the lid and place the rice cakes and sauce in the container, adding 20 ml of water. Mix, close the lid, and microwave at 1000 watts for 1:30 minutes (90 seconds).
The desiccant packet in the rice package should be discarded.
