This is an instant mix for making vegetable or seafood fritters, like tempura. It's a blend that helps create particularly crispy tempura.
Instructions for use of the frying mix:
This frying mix works very well with peeled shrimp, squid, slices of squash, eggplant, or zucchini.
Mix 700 ml of cold water with the 500g sachet. Mix well in a large bowl.
Place your ingredients in a little wheat or rice flour, then dip them into the frying batter. At this stage, you can add some panko breadcrumbs.
Then heat frying oil to approximately 170°C, and immerse your ingredients in the oil for 3 to 4 minutes, until the crust formed is lightly golden.
Enjoy hot! For seasoning, you can make a Cho-ganjang sauce by mixing the following ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons of rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of gochugaru
- 5 tablespoons of soy sauce
