Discover the flavors of Korean barbecue with this ready-to-use Galbi sauce marinade. This marinade will allow you to prepare your meat by tenderizing it and giving it a delicious sweet and savory taste, typically Korean.
How to use this Galbi marinade?
This marinade is recommended for fatty cuts of beef such as short ribs and ribeye. Ideally, ask your butcher to cut the thinnest possible slices, ideally across the ribs (perpendicular to the bone).
Count about 450 grams of meat for 90 grams of ready-to-use marinade.
For grilling or BBQ: pour the galbi marinade into a large bowl, add your beef pieces and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, or even overnight, to allow the flavors to penetrate the meat. Preheat your grill or barbecue and cook the marinated beef pieces until they are tender and slightly caramelized. Serve the grilled pieces with a touch of Ssamjang on top.
