The kit includes:

• 1 packet of special mandu flour – for soft and easy-to-work dough
• 1 block of long-life firm tofu – rich in protein, the base for the vegetable filling
• 1 packet of dried Korean shiitake mushrooms – deep, woody aroma, typical of traditional mandu
• 1 packet of sweet potato vermicelli (dangmyeon) – melt-in-your-mouth texture, a classic filling ingredient

• Korean chives or green onions
• Fresh garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil
• Salt, pepper
• Water for the dough
