These dehydrated enoki mushrooms are perfect for enhancing your soups, broths, and stir-fries.

They can be cooked in a broth, a stew (for example, Kimchi Jjigae, or a pork bone broth like gamjatang soup), or deep-fried in tempura.

Directions for use:

Rinse the dried enoki mushrooms and soak them until tender. Cut off the stems of the mushrooms and cook them in water or deep-fry them.
