How to use kimchi seasoning
- For immediate use: sprinkle on grilled vegetables, fried rice, noodles, or even eggs for an instant kimchi flavor.
- To prepare simplified homemade kimchi: use about 23g of seasoning for 200g of napa cabbage that has been previously salted and desalted. Allow to ferment for 8 to 10 days at room temperature.
