This green, pungent paste, often called Japanese mustard, will be essential for seasoning your sushi, sashimi, and raw fish dishes in general.

Composition

Horseradish, humectant (sorbitol), rice bran oil, salt, dextrin, wasabi (4.5%), potato starch, water, flavouring, turmeric, thickener, acidifier (citric acid), colour.
