🍵 Pure Organic Jeju Matcha – Professional 1 kg Size
Designed for establishments that use matcha in large quantities, this 1 kg bag of organic Korean matcha is ideal for specialty cafes, restaurants, tea rooms, and pastry professionals. Its large size makes it convenient for regular preparation, whether for matcha drinks, matcha lattes, or sweet recipes.
Produced by Glossy Matcha, a company based in Jocheon-eup on Jeju Island, this matcha is made from young tea shoots grown organically in Seogwipo. Its composition is simple: 100% pure matcha, with no added sugar or additives. The leaves are finely ground on stone mills to produce a powder suitable for both drinks and culinary preparations.
A large size for regular preparation
With its 1 kg packaging, this matcha meets the needs of professionals who want to incorporate this ingredient into their menu permanently. It is particularly suitable for preparing matcha lattes, hot or iced drinks, and pastry creations with the characteristic vegetal notes of green tea.
This size is especially suitable for baristas, coffee shops, restaurateurs, and pastry chefs looking for organic matcha powder for frequent use. The quality of the leaves and the fineness of the grind also make it suitable for traditional preparation, made with hot or cold water.
Young spring leaves carefully processed
This matcha comes from the Seogwipo organic farm on Jeju Island. The young spring leaves, harvested during the first picking (first flush), are shaded for three weeks before harvest. This step promotes the development of chlorophyll and helps refine the tea's aromatic profile.
After harvest, the leaves are steamed, slowly dried at a low temperature, and then hand-deveined. They are then ground on stone mills to produce a very fine powder that is easy to incorporate into drinks and culinary preparations.
Processing takes place in an HACCP-certified workshop. This matcha offers quality close to ceremonial grade standards, although this is not an official classification in Korea.
