This preparation is halfway between a jam and a syrup and is used in Korea to season hot (or cold) water, by diluting a spoonful of it.
It is not strictly speaking a tea, but the use of this product is similar to an herbal tea or tea.
This preparation is made with jujube, which gives it a slightly caramelized and spicy touch, particularly comforting!
Directions for use:
Depending on your taste, pour one to two tablespoons into a large cup of hot water and dilute well before tasting.
