Usage tips:
This sauce will help you make your favorite Toppoki.
Cut 50g of cabbage, 20g of spring onion, 20g of leeks.
Boil 150ml of water, add 300g of Tteok rice sticks and cook until tender.
Add the sauce, the chopped vegetables and mix over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes. At the end of cooking, add hard-boiled eggs or Korean fish cakes. Serve immediately.
