This yuzu-seasoned ponzu sauce is a Japanese seasoning. This sauce combines soy sauce with yuzu juice and a hint of rice vinegar, for a deliciously salty and tangy result, with a very umami depth!
This sauce can be used to season your soups and broths, as well as a dressing for your salads, for example as a vinaigrette. It is a delicate sauce perfect for seasoning shellfish (oysters, clams), seafood (sea urchins...), as well as Asian steamed bites (dim sum, gyoza, ...).
