How to prepare Korean curry?
Here is the recipe recommended by Ottogi (for 4 people):
Required ingredients:
- 100g Ottogi curry powder
- 130g meat of your choice (pork, beef, or chicken)
- 2 medium onions
- 1 potato
- 1 small carrot
- 700 ml water
- A little cooking oil
Preparation:
- Cut the meat and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Sauté them for 5 minutes in cooking oil over medium heat.
- Add 700 ml of water and bring to a boil.
- Simmer until everything is well cooked.
- Stir in the Ottogi curry powder until completely dissolved.
- Serve hot, with white rice.
💡 Tips:
- For an even richer dish, add mushrooms or tofu.
- Adjust the amount of water according to the desired consistency: thicker or thinner.
