Discover Buldak Kimchi Chicken Ramen Noodles, sold in a pack of 5 sachets of 135 grams.
These instant ramen with the famous very spicy Buldak sauce are kimchi-flavored.
Instructions for use:
Like other ramen in the Buldak range, these ramen are to be cooked as "stir-fried" noodles, not in a broth.
Boil a pot of water and immerse the noodles and chili flakes in the water for about 5 minutes. While cooking, remove 5 tablespoons of water.
Drain the noodles, and mix the sauce with the 5 tablespoons of water in the pot. Once you have a homogeneous sauce, add the drained noodles and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
The hot sauce served with these noodles is VERY spicy; I recommend not using the whole sachet.
