Here are Buldak's spicy chicken ramen, from the Samyang brand, sold in packs of 5 sachets of 140g.
These ramen, with a thick texture, are served with a very spicy sauce.
How to prepare your Buldak ramen?
Like other ramen, and especially those in the Buldak range, these noodles are to be cooked as "stir-fried" noodles and not in broth.
Boil a pot of water and immerse the noodles in the water for about 5 minutes. While cooking, take 8 tablespoons of water.
Drain the noodles, and mix the rest of the ingredients with the 8 spoons of water in the pot. Once you have a homogeneous sauce, add the drained noodles and the flakes, mix and serve immediately!
The spicy sauce served with these noodles is very spicy, I recommend not using the entire sachet.
