Here are Buldak (x2 Spicy) Very Spicy Chicken Ramen from Samyang, sold in a pack of 5 sachets of 140g.
These thick-textured ramen are served with an extremely spicy sauce.
Directions for use:
Like other ramen, especially those from the Buldak range, these noodles are meant to be cooked as "stir-fried" noodles, not in a broth.
Boil a pot of water and immerse the noodles in the water for about 5 minutes. While cooking, remove 8 tablespoons of water.
Drain the noodles, and mix the rest of the ingredients with the 8 tablespoons of water in the pot. Once you have a homogeneous sauce, add the drained noodles and the flakes, mix and serve immediately!
The hot sauce served with these noodles is extremely spicy; I recommend not using the entire sachet.
