Nurungji is one of the most familiar flavors in Korean cuisine. Traditionally, this term refers to the thin layer of lightly browned rice that forms at the bottom of the pot during cooking. Its characteristic roasted cereal aroma is highly appreciated, and it has become a specialty in its own right, enjoyed as a snack or in hot infusions.

This version developed by Misillan takes this heritage and gives it a modern and practical form: crispy brown rice cakes packaged in individual portions (10 individual 20g sachets), easy to take with you and enjoy every day.

🥣 Nurungji made from organic Korean brown rice

Unlike many rice-based snacks, this nurungji is not fried. It is made from organic Korean brown rice, which is first cooked and then pressed before being gently toasted to develop its crispy texture and naturally toasted aromas.

No seasoning is added. The product simply highlights the taste of the rice and reveals notes of roasted cereals, puffed rice, and light hazelnut that recall the comforting flavors of traditional Korean toasted rice.

Each box contains ten individual 20g sachets, making it easy to enjoy nurungji at home, in the office, or on the go.
