Miyeok - Dried Wakame Seaweed Pieces - 20g

Miyeok seaweed (also known as wakame seaweed) is a key ingredient in Korean cuisine.

This bag of seaweed contains pre-cut dried wakame seaweed for faster (and less messy) cooking than with large strips of seaweed. They are ideal for quick incorporation into a soup, for example.

Tips for using dried wakame seaweed

Rehydrate 20g of this seaweed for 10 to 15 minutes in cold water, then drain.

Add them to a soup, extending the cooking time by about twenty minutes.

Storage:

After opening the package, I recommend storing the seaweed in a closed, dry container.
