Misugaru is a traditional Korean blend of powdered cereals. It is used to make shake-type drinks. This barley powder is the original Misugaru from Bangyudang and is made from barley, soybeans, and sticky brown rice.

Directions for use:
Blend or mix 2 tablespoons of misugaru with 250 ml of milk or water and a few ice cubes. Add sugar, honey, or rice syrup to your taste and enjoy! If you're hesitant between water and milk, know that a shake with milk will give you more thickness and consistency.
You can also sprinkle a few pinches on ice cream or yogurt for a delicious roasted cereal taste, reminiscent of roasted malt.
It is normal for some lumps to appear during preparation. For a smooth preparation, it is best to use a whisk, mixer, or blender.
