This 500g Korean organic matcha pouch is intended for catering professionals, tea workshops, specialized cafes, as well as serious enthusiasts looking for high-quality matcha for regular use.
From the same batch as our 50g box format, this matcha is produced by Glossy Matcha, located in Jocheon-eup on Jeju Island. It is a 100% pure matcha, with no sugar or additives, obtained from young shoots organically grown in Seogwipo, then slowly ground on a stone mill according to a traditional process.
An economical format for demanding daily use
The 500g pouch is packaged to preserve freshness, aromas, and fineness of grind. It is particularly suitable for:
- baristas and coffee shops specializing in plant-based drinks or matcha lattes,
- restaurants and tea rooms,
- delicatessens or pastry chefs wishing to incorporate high-quality matcha into their menu or offerings.
The quality of the leaves used, close to ceremonial grade standards, also makes it an excellent choice for pure tasting, as a hot or cold drink.
Highly refined matcha with rigorous traceability
Cultivated on the Seogwipo ecological farm, this matcha comes from young spring leaves (first flush), shaded 3 weeks before harvest to develop chlorophyll and refine the aromas.
The leaves are then steamed, slowly dried at low temperature, hand-stemmed, then ground on a stone mill to obtain an ultra-fine powder that dissolves quickly, even when cold.
📌 This matcha is processed in an HACCP certified workshop and meets standards close to ceremonial grade, although this classification is not official in Korea.
