This kimchi, made from fermented and spicy napa cabbage, daikon radish, and green onions, is the perfect accompaniment to your Korean meals. This kimchi is called "Mat" because the cabbage leaves are cut before preparation, but the result is very similar to classic kimchi. It is a pasteurized product.
Usage tips:
This kimchi can be eaten as is, as an accompaniment to a bowl of rice or a meal. It is also a basic ingredient for many Korean recipes, such as Kimchi Jjigae (kimchi stew), kimchi fried rice, or Kimchi Jeon. Personally, I enjoy adding a few slices to my ramen broth.
