This syrup is made with 52% yuzu and its zest, for a delicious, perfectly tart yuzu flavor.

Directions for use:

Dilute one tablespoon of this syrup with the peel pieces in a 200ml glass of hot water for a refreshing drink.

This marmalade is ideal for topping a citrus cake or cheesecake.

It is also perfect for accompanying a cheese platter.
