How to prepare your barbecue with this marinade?

  1. Cut your beef into thin slices or strips. Pour about 100g of marinade for 500g of meat, mix well and let it rest for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator. You can also let it marinate overnight.
  2. Preheat your barbecue (or a cast iron pan) over high heat. Cook the marinated pieces, turning them regularly until they are nicely browned and caramelized.
  3. Serve hot with rice, lettuce leaves (to make ssam), kimchi, and banchan.
