Sushi and Maki Kit

Here is our kit to equip you to make plenty of sushi, maki, or sashimi, Japanese style.

This kit includes:

• 1 sachet of Gim (or nori) seaweed, 20 grams (about ten sheets of seaweed),
• 1 sachet of short-grain rice, 1 kg,
• 1 bottle of sushi rice vinegar, 500ml,
• 1 tube of wasabi paste,
• 1 bottle of soy sauce, 860 ml.

You will then need to buy fresh fish, and possibly some vegetables.
