Instant Dashi - Dashinomoto - 40g

This product will allow you to quickly make dashi broth, a basic broth for many Korean preparations.

The package contains 8 sachets of 5g to make approximately 750 ml of dashi per sachet, which is approximately 6 liters of dashi for the entire package.

It's the convenient ingredient for making dashi broth in 5 minutes. It's a product of Japanese origin, which therefore includes dried bonito, but it can be easily integrated into your Korean broths.

Instructions for use:

Allow approximately 750 ml of dashi per sachet.

Boil water, and pour in the contents of the sachet. Simmer for about ten minutes. Then add your favorite ingredients: noodles, tofu, doenjang...
