Japanese Curry Base.
An essential part of Japanese street food, Japanese curry is a delicious sauce-based curry served with rice and meat (often breaded chicken). Its delightful sweet and spicy flavors are a true treat for the taste buds.
This preparation comes in the form of 8 small blocks divided into two airtight packets. Count on approximately 1 packet (i.e., 4 blocks) to prepare curry for 6 people.
Directions for use:
Sauté 450 grams of the meat of your choice (beef, chicken, shrimp...) in a large pot for about 5 minutes. Add 660 ml of water and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, covered, until the meat is tender. Remove from heat and add 4 curry blocks, mix and let stand until the blocks are completely dissolved. Mix well and serve immediately with rice.
