These chips are made from Korean gim seaweed, dipped in a mixture of rice and tapioca flour, then seasoned before being fried. The result: a thin, very crispy texture, with a slightly salty and umami flavor.
Lighter than classic chips, they offer a delicate taste and a pleasant crispy sensation in the mouth. A very popular snack in Korea!
